We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, the following terms apply to all returns.
Return Window: You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged condition, including all original packaging and seals. We cannot refund or exchange products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will reply with a Return Authorization and instructions. Please do not ship any item back before receiving a Return Authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. BargainSide.Com is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning or re-shipping items, unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, or defective on arrival).
Restocking Fee: If the original order qualified for free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our original outbound shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refund Method and Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, and provided it meets the conditions above, we will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery at sales@bargainside.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned: For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once delivered:
Any product with broken seals or opened packaging.
Personal care items that have been used.
Dangerous goods such as aerosol sprays, fragrances due to hazardous materials regulation.

Cancellations: We can only cancel orders if we are contacted either by phone or email prior to the order being processed and shipped. Once and order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
