Returns & Shipping
We pack and ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Winter Park, FL.
Handling time for order typically take 1-2 business days and are subject to credit card approval and stock availability.
Please be sure shipping address is correct. If the shipping address is incorrect and/or customer is not available to receive or refuses delivery, which causes the package to be returned or discarded, you will still be charged for shipping plus any return shipping fees or a 20% restocking fee. If a wrong shipping address is entered on your order which causes your package to be miss-delivered, you will still be charged for the full value of your order.
Shipping address should be a safe and secure location for deliveries. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen after the carrier completes delivery.
Any discrepancies regarding a received order must be submitted to us no more than 15 days after receipt of your package as indicated on the carrier's tracking details.
Standard Shipping: USA (50 states), Puerto Rico, Military address and Canada – We choose the shipping method. Usually by UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is determined by shipping weight. You can see shipping costs before placing your order by using the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

Orders can be returned by requesting a return authorization no more than 15 days after receiving your order as indicated on the carrier's tracking details. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return. All returned products must be in original, unused and undamaged condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. For orders shipped with free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
