What should I do if I order the wrong product or want to return my order? First email us at sales@bargainside.com. This must be done within 15 days after delivery. Be sure the product is not opened or used. We cannot refund or exchange products that are used or tampered with in any way. Ship the product back to us. When we receive your item and it is in accordance to the above conditions, we will issue a credit against your credit card for that item. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. Customer's that refuse delivery of orders are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.

What if I receive an item that is wrong or is not working properly? First email us at sales@bargainside.com. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. If the wrong product was shipped to you, do not open or use the product in order to get credit. Ship the product back to us. We will then send you the correct item.

What type of warranty do you provide? For products that you received and are not working properly, please follow the above directions. We are not responsible for the performance of any products sold at BargainSide.com. Any claim or ad that the product is guaranteed is from the manufacture and not from us. Please follow the warranty instruction listed on the product.

How is my credit card billed? After we receive your order and it is packed and ready to ship, we then charge your credit card for the total amount billed, less any products that are out of stock. All credit card transactions are conducted securely through our online service provider. Your browser sends the information in an encrypted format to keep your transaction secure. If the mailing address that you received your credit card bills is different that your shipping address, then, you must enter the correct billing address. A part of the credit card verification uses this information to help insure that no one is falsely using your credit card.

What is your privacy policy? All personal information such as name, email, address and credit card are kept strictly confidential. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE. Your email address is used to inform you of order status or other information from us such as new specials or products.

How often are new products listed on BargainSide.com? We are always striving to offer more products and categories for our customers. These updates occur on an on going basis.

Can I buy professional items even though I am not licensed? Yes but it is recommended that you consult a professionally licensed cosmetologist, hair stylist, manicurist or skin care professional before using such a product. These products are meant to be used in a professional manner and may cause harm if not done so.

Do you recommend products for your customers? We do not offer any recommendations, guarantees, warranty or advise as to which products are best or their effectiveness. It is best to consult with your own beauty professional.

All orders are shipped within the United States (50 states) and Canada. Customers can select UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air for shipping in the United States. For Canadian orders, customers must choose UPS Standard To Canada. Shipping charges are calculated in real time during check out. Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are billed according to UPS rates. If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method. Our ship from zip code is 10038. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping charges for UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air are based on standard UPS rates. This is determined by shipping weight and delivery location for your order. Shipping charges for your order can be calculated in your shopping cart.

Shipping costs for all orders sent by UPS Ground within the continental USA will be only for the first pound of shipping weight. So no matter how much weight your order is, the shipping fees will be calculated as if your order weight is only one pound to your shipping zip code.*

For example: the shipping cost for 10 lbs. order being shipped to zip code 77065 would be $8.60 (1 pound rate) instead of $13.05. The same order weight going to zip code 90016 would cost $8.95 (1 pound rate) instead of $16.38.
