What should I do if I order the wrong product or want to return my order? First email us at email@example.com. This must be done within 15 days after delivery. Be sure the product is not opened or used. We cannot refund or exchange products that are used or tampered with in any way. Ship the product back to us. When we receive your item and it is in accordance to the above conditions, we will issue a credit against your credit card for that item. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. Customer's that refuse delivery of orders are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.
What if I receive an item that is wrong or is not working properly? First email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This must be done within 15 days of delivery. If the wrong product was shipped to you, do not open or use the product in order to get credit. Ship the product back to us. We will then send you the correct item.
What type of warranty do you provide? For products that you received and are not working properly, please follow the above directions. We are not responsible for the performance of any products sold at BargainSide.com. Any claim or ad that the product is guaranteed is from the manufacture and not from us. Please follow the warranty instruction listed on the product.
How is my credit card billed? After we receive your order and it is packed and ready to ship, we then charge your credit card for the total amount billed, less any products that are out of stock. All credit card transactions are conducted securely through our online service provider. Your browser sends the information in an encrypted format to keep your transaction secure. If the mailing address that you received your credit card bills is different that your shipping address, then, you must enter the correct billing address. A part of the credit card verification uses this information to help insure that no one is falsely using your credit card.

Select Standard Shipping for orders being shipped to a military address.
For Canadian orders, customers must choose UPS Standard To Canada. Shipping charges are calculated in real time during check out. Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are billed according to UPS rates. If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method.
Orders being shipped to the United Kingdom, select United Kingdom Shipping as your shipping method and select United Kingdom as the shipping country. Shipping charges are based on US Postal Service rates.
